TRAINER OPPORTUNITIES AND COMPENSATION

TRAINING, PREPARATION, AND SUPPORT
The training is 4 full days and the cost is $2,495 which includes your training manual (similar to program
manuals) as well as upon completion, you will be mailed a contract, the 3-day script manual for training and your Starter Kit.  We have not sent the Starter Kit out to everyone yet just because there has been no need for some of them to have them but we go over the entire kit during training, and if you want it sent out so you can get familiar with it, we will do that.  We try to cram into 4 days what it has taken several of us years to acquire to ensure your success and longevity with SSED. 

As a follow-up, if I am not with you to help co-facilitate your first group, then I will set up coaching sessions before and after each day of the 3-day training...about 4-5 hours consult.

COMPENSATION AND ENTREPENEURSHIP
As a trainer for SSED, you will be paid $1,500 for each completed 3-day training group you conduct plus expenses, as outlined in your contract and reviewed during training, so it does not take but a couple of trainings to more than recoup your investment and make a profit!  

Additionally, there is an option for trainers to market in their identified areas for group trainings and establish and maintain their own customer base if they wish, and be compensated for that as well...some like that and others just want to train as SSED schedules groups.   Currently we offer a flat rate bonus of $500 for securing a training group (based on SSED criteria) on your own as a trainer for SSED, plus the option of facilitating that training.  If you want to carve out a geographic territory to market, we will assist you with our database customers as well as provide initial marketing materials and guidelines for presentations.  First orders of all customers (other than existing SSED customers) generated for group training will yield 10% commission, with ongoing maintenance of customer orders offering graduated commissions.  SSED reserves the right to make compensation adjustments as needed.  All customer and training databases remain the property of SSED.

Several veteran facilitators have inquired about franchise opportunities with SSED.    In the next 2-3 years my goal is to make SSED franchises a reality.   We have initiated that process so that many of our faithful facilitators can have the opportunity to have their own business and realize their dreams!
