There is a $100 non-refundable deposit. We respectfully request notification of any registration cancellation at least 7 days prior to the start date of training. If cancellation is not completed in this timeframe, your registration payment may be forfeited. If cancellation policy is followed, the registered participant or agency may use the credited slot for any future open trainings up to one year.
